The Strategy
Create a consistent retail experience across all locations by combining natural materials with Livid's industrial aesthetic, while supporting the rollout with community-focused events and digital storytelling.
The Opportunity
The ambition was to reposition KEEN within the Norwegian lifestyle market by partnering with Livid - a premium retailer known for its clean aesthetic, industrial interiors and strong focus on craftsmanship, sustainability and timeless design.
The objective wasn't to make KEEN more fashionable - it was to place KEEN in environments where people could discover the brand in a new context.
